OECD at the B20 Summit 2015

Gönenç Gürkaynak, founding partner of ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law and the co-chair of the B20 Anti-Corruption Taskforce, moderated the panel “Fighting Corruption: Building Resilient Businesses” with the participation of Professor Paul Healy of Harvard University and Nicola Bonucci.

Speakers participating in the panel were Professor Paul Healy, James R. Williston Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Nicola Bonucci, the Director for Legal Affairs of the OECD. The speakers discussed the ways that multi-national companies can fight corruption in emerging markets and whether it is more profitable for companies to have systems in place to fight corruption along with the raison d’etre and the current state of enforcement of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.
